About BUFFET

There’s an enormous amount of great video out there these days, right? Animations, shorts, features, experimental works, documentaries, and various homemade youtube hits. So how do you filter through it all to decide what to watch? We think you shouldn't have to. We’ll do it for you. BUFFET DVD is a video based periodical. Each issue is organized around a theme and is conceived of by the producers (an artist collective based in Houston, TX) who then curate works by video and performance artists from around the country. The resulting DVD is an exquisite object and dining experience rolled up into one. Like any well-crafted dining buffet, BUFFET DVD is greater than the sum of its parts. And don't worry, this BUFFET is all you can eat. It's video gluttony and we encourage it.
